Welcome to Ultimate Education (“U.E.”), a leading provider of educational materials and services. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before enrolling. Before you can use the Site, you must also read and accept all terms and conditions of U.E.’s privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”). By using the Site, you signify your consent and agreement to these terms and conditions as well as those of the Privacy Policy.
U.E. may at its sole discretion change these terms and conditions from time to time. Upon any change in the terms and conditions of the Site, U.E. will notify you by posting the notification on the Site. Your continued use of the Site indicates your acknowledgement that you have a continuing obligation to review the Site for such
modifications. You agree to use the Site in a manner consistent with all applicable state and federal laws and regulations and in accordance with the terms and conditions set out below.
1. Access to Services
You recognize that U.E. reserves the right to employ third-party providers to facilitate the provision of educational materials and services to enhance your learning
experience. Accordingly, as part of the learning continuum, you may be accessing information from websites other than U.E. Sites, which are owned entirely by U.E. or
by third parties under contract with U.E. (collectively “Sites”). You agree that all references to the Sites shall be deemed to also include the Site and these terms and conditions apply equally to your access and use of all of the Sites. Regardless, at all times, you will remain U.E.’s client.
2. Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability
You agree that U.E. is a provider of educational materials and educational training and coaching services. U.E. does not in any way constitute a business opportunity or a guarantee of earnings within a specific period of time. Because you have been accepted into our program, you agree to commit a minimum of ten hours a week actively working the training program, to keep your scheduled appointments with your coach. (If you need to reschedule, give your coach at least 24-hours’ notice.) You agree to complete all assignments given by your coach. In addition, you agree to the following:
-Any communications with U.E. or its partners may be monitored or recorded.
-Your spouse or any other partner(s) have acknowledged their support of you entering into this Enrollment Agreement.
-There are no circumstances including health conditions or otherwise that would inhibit or prevent you from participating in this program.
– You understand the financial commitment you are making today by entering into this Enrollment Agreement and confirm those obligations.
-You were comfortable with your conversation with U.E. and agree that you are voluntarily entering into this Agreement.
-You agree that no claims of future earnings have been presented to you by any representative of U.E., and that we do not represent you will earn any specific amount of money.
3. Cancellation Policy
In addition to any right to otherwise revoke an offer, you may cancel this sale up to midnight on the third business day after enrollment. There will be no refunds after three (3) business days. If you cancel, all payments or other considerations which have already been made will be returned within ten (10) business days following the receipt of your written cancellation notice.
To cancel this transaction:
1. You must verbally request the cancellation by calling 833-682-7536
2. Send a written notice of cancellation via next day priority mail or deliver a signed and dated copy of this cancellation notice or any other written notice to Ultimate Education 1330 San Pedro Drive NE STE 205A, Albuquerque, New Mexico, 87110 no later than midnight on the third business day after this agreement is signed.
If you are 65 or older, you may cancel this transaction, within five (5) business days of signing this agreement. If you cancel within ten (10) business days, you will receive a refund of up to 50% of the enrollment fee. If you cancel within fifteen (15) business days, you will receive a refund of up to 25% of the enrollment fee.
There will be no refunds after fifteen (15) business days. Proof of age required. There will be a 25% processing fee associated with all cancellations
